My name is Brian Mason. I work out of my home in Wayzata. I've worked with computers since the 3rd grade. My first computer was an Apple II with 32K of memory! I was a translator in at Field Station Berlin in the Army for three years. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the U of MN (B.A. Economics - with Quantitative Emphasis). That's as dry a field as it sounds! So I started Computer Update in the summer of 1995 (or was it 96?) and have found it to be a rewarding experience. I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE 2003) and have been re-awarded (3rd year) MVP status from Microsoft for my help in the SMS 2003 and Configuration Manager online communities. I also work for a major financial company where using SMS, I manage over 207K workstations and servers.
